General Information

During the first consultation, your complete current and past medical history and tests, which you will be requested to bring to the visit, will be reviewed. You will be asked to explain in detail all present problems, both physical and emotional. You will be given as much time as needed to explain everything you feel you need to discuss. Based on this information and a physical examination during the visit, I will select the appropriate Homeopathic remedy or remedies for you, and may also recommend additional testing and referral to other conventional and/or alternative specialists if necessary.

Follow-up consultations are usually scheduled 4 to 6 weeks later, sometimes sooner if the condition requires closer evaluation.

Practice Policies

All appointments are confirmed 2 to 3 days prior to the visit.

Dr. Aurigemma does not overbook appointments; each appointment window is dedicated to each patient as scheduled. He asks that you come on time, and to please allow adequate time for travel.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the visit.

Payment is expected in full by cash or check at the time of the visit. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. Dr. Aurigemma does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid.

Reimbursement: The office will provide a paid receipt with appropriate coding so that each patient may file for reimbursement with their insurance company.

Due to his travel schedule and the focus on prevention and treatment of chronic conditions, Dr. Aurigemma does not handle emergencies, and does not have a physician covering for those times when he is unavailable. Every person is advised to have a primary care physician or specialist and a pediatrician for their child.
